This style of dance originated in the mountains of the United States. It is a strong, fast, loud and aggressive style. Although the dance style has traditionally been dominated by men, both women and men now share competitive stages around the world.

Clogging will get your legs and heart toned faster than any other form of dance!

A bit similar to Tap, Clogging is demanding on both your body and your mind. It's exhausting, competitive, and a lot of fun!

Because this dance style is extremely rhythm-based, it is highly recommended for therapy dance (behavior problems, depression, anxiety, etc.).

Clogging has become so much loved nationally since its inception over a hundred years ago that many other forms of dance such as Hip-Hop, House, Krump, Tap, Step, Jazz, etc. they have adopted many of his techniques.

Misty, the class instructor, has danced Clogging professionally for over 11 years. He has won many national and international awards, including first place at the World Championships on multiple occasions, as well as participating in the Youth Olympic Games. She was honored as one of the most prestigious teachers in the Western United States. His students have won places in the World Championships and many other competitions. She has a deep passion for Clogging and it is her favorite dance form.
