This style of dance originated in the mountains of the United States. It is a strong, fast, loud and aggressive style. Although the dance style has traditionally been dominated by men, both women and men now share competitive stages around the world.
 
 Clogging  it will make your legs and your heart tone faster than any other form of dance!
 
 A bit similar to Tap, Clogging is demanding on both your body and your mind. It's exhausting, competitive, and a lot of fun!
 
 Because this dance style is extremely rhythm-based, it is highly recommended for therapy dance (behavior problems, depression, anxiety, etc.).
 
 Clogging has become so beloved nationally since its inception over a hundred years ago that many other forms of dance  like Hip-Hop, House, Krump, Tap, Step, Jazz, etc. they have adopted many of his techniques.
 
 Misty, the class instructor, has danced Clogging professionally for over 11 years. He has won many national and international awards, including first place in the World Championships on multiple occasions, as well as participated  at the Youth Olympic Games. She was honored as one of the most prestigious teachers in the Western United States. His students  they have earned places in the World Championships and many other competitions. She has a deep passion for Clogging  and it's her favorite dance form.

 Male and Female
 8+  year old
 This is an ADVANCED class
 * You must have previously demonstrated proficiency in basic and intermediate Clog techniques to enter this class. Please talk to Misty if you think you are ready to participate in this class. *
 
 This class requires your attendance EACH  week, as we build on what we learned the previous weeks.
 
 
 When and where is the class?
 Every Wednesday  from 4-5pm at Deseret Dance Studio (in La Noria la Esperanza, Silao, Guanajuato) 
 
 
 
 When can I register?
 This class is open enrollment. You can enter at any time of the year. Before entering, you must meet with the  instructor outside of class to help you with techniques you may have missed.
 
 
 How much is the class?
 This class costs $ 250 per month. There is NO registration fee.
 
 Biannual Discount:
 If you pay 6 months at a time, you receive a 20% discount on all your classes.
 
 Sibling Discount:
 If more than one sibling from the same family is registered for a Deseret Dance class, each additional sibling receives a 10% discount on ALL of their classes.
 
 1st child = Full Price
 2nd child = 10% discount on all monthly classes
 3rd child = 20% discount on all monthly classes
 4th child = 30% discount on all monthly classes
 5th child = 40% discount on all monthly classes
 6th  child and over = 50% discount on all monthly classes
