Hip-hop is  the heart of American culture, constantly changing, constantly evolving. This broad category of dance is made up of over 13 different dance forms, with more continually evolving. Some of these include: Hip-Hop, K-Pop, Jazz Funk, House, Krump, Wacking, Lite Feet, Heels, Break Dancing, Popping, Locking, Dance Hall, and Step.
 
 Very few Hip-Hop instructors have training in more than a couple of these dance forms. Most of them don't even know the names of the different dance forms.  Make sure that if you take Hip-Hop classes, you are receiving a complete education - in ALL  Hip-Hop genres, not just one - so you can appreciate and love the category more  of dance  Hip hop.
 
 This is the MOST expressive dance form, focused on the individual rather than the group, fostering self-expression in its purest form. Dancing Hip-Hop is a truly liberating and vindictive experience. You will leave each class loving you a little more and having a little more confidence to "be heard" in every situation in your life. 
 
 At Deseret Dance we train you  in ALL different genres and forms of  Hip hop. Our instructor, Misty,  received training and taught all these disciplines, and is continually receiving  instruction of ones  of the best choreographers in the Hip-Hop industry,  to make sure you are up-to-date with the latest innovations in this ever-changing art form.  Misty has trained in Hip-Hop for over 13 years. He has won many awards, including many national first place awards. His students also won  many state and national awards. She believes that Hip-Hop touches something very intimate within you: it forces you to face your true self and have the courage to be vunerable.

 Male and Female
 6-9  year old
 
 This class requires your attendance EACH  week, as we build on what we learned the previous weeks.
 
 
 When and where is the class?
 Every TUESDAY from 6-7pm at Deseret Dance Studio (in La Noria la Esperanza, Silao, Guanajuato) 
 
 
 
 When can I register?
 This class is open enrollment. You can enter at any time of the year. Before entering, you must meet with the  instructor outside of class to help you with techniques you may have missed.
 
 
 How much is the class?
 This class costs $ 200 per month. There is NO registration fee.
 
 Biannual Discount:
 If you pay 6 months at a time, you receive a 20% discount on all your classes.
 
 Sibling Discount:
 If more than one sibling from the same family is registered for a Deseret Dance class, each additional sibling receives a 10% discount on ALL of their classes.
 
 1st child = Full Price
 2nd child = 10% discount on all monthly classes
 3rd child = 20% discount on all monthly classes
 4th child = 30% discount on all monthly classes
 5th child = 40% discount on all monthly classes
 6th  child and over = 50% discount on all monthly classes
